• Simple Sponge
Ingredients:
100 grams of wheat flour
100 grams of sugar
100 grams of margarine, melted and cooled
2 eggs
1 tsp emulsifier SP
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla powder
How to make:
In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and SP emulsifier using a mixer until fluffy and pale in color. Use low speed at first for a minute and then increase to high speed. Likewise, when turning off the mixer, lower the speed to low first.
Add the flour and baking powder by sifting little by little. in three stages. Stir until smooth using a spatula. Pour the melted margarine into the mixture and mix again until smooth. Make sure the margarine is evenly mixed in the dough, because if you don't mix it all up, the sponge may not expand properly.
Prepare a baking sheet, spread with margarine all over the surface of the pan. Pour the batter and smooth.
Bake the dough over medium heat for about 35 minutes until lightly browned. Cool briefly before removing the cake from the pan.
• Coconut milk sponge cake.
Material A:
- 5 medium size eggs
- 180 grams of sugar
- 1 tsp munjung sp
- 1/4 tsp salt
Ingredients B (sieve):
- 200 gr flour pro medium
- 25 grams of powdered milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Material C:
- 65 ml coconut milk and 25 mil water
- 100 gr palmia royal melted (blueband cake and cookies)
- 50 gr cooking oil
- A few drops of pandan paste (very thick pandan precipitate 20 gr)
How to make:
1. Mix ingredients A until thick, add ingredients B, mixer on low speed.
2. Add ingredient C, slowly stir again until well blended.
3. Pour the dough into a tulban pan that has been greased at 170C on top and bottom for about 55-60 minutes or until cooked.
4. Once cooked, remove from the pan.
• Banana Cheese Sponge
Material A:
3 chicken eggs
50 grams of brown sugar
100 grams of sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Material B:
190 grams of wheat flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp full cream milk powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Material C:
225 grams of ripe Ambon bananas, mashed
Material D:
125 ml vegetable oil
Supplementary material:
125 grams cheddar cheese, grated
How to make:
Mix all ingredients A. Beat with a mixer until the sugar is dissolved.
Lower the mixer speed. Add the sifted ingredients B. Add the mashed bananas. Beat until well blended.
Add oil. Add 50 grams of cheese. Stir well.
Prepare a baking sheet that has been greased with butter. Pour the batter into the pan. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Preheat the oven. Bake the sponge for about 40 minutes until cooked. Lift and remove from the mould.
